FOR THE SOUL
We all talk about the soul, the spiritually inclined and those not so interested alike. But what does it feel like when we are in touch with our souls, when the soul really does become a true part of our body & mind, when we are soul-embodied?
Everything, whether physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual translates into the body. Over the lifespan, we tend to build up a reservoir of hurts, tension and fear patterns that nestle into our physicality. These layers of tension can compress our deeper sense perceptions and create a disconnect. We are literally no longer in touch with certain parts of ourselves, including the soul part. The world of disconnect & tension takes over our entire being and often we don't even know it. The mind and body's habitual and often reactive ways take over & run our bodies and our lives. This doesn't need to be like this. When we are present and in touch with our soul the body, mind and soul start working in sync, creating a greater sense of depth, purpose, and clarity.
STEPPING INTO THE STRENGTH OF THE SOUL IS SO MUCH EASIER THAN YOU MIGHT THINK
You do not need to heal big traumas or be a meditation master before you can access the strength of your soul. In fact, reconnecting with your soul will inevitably support you to step beyond any traumas, fears & anxieties with much greater ease. Once we allow our body to enter the process of unfolding, we generate a space into which our neglected, forgotten parts can easily & safely open again. Throughout the session, we gently create a safe space to explore the beauty of experiencing your soul. Often this is accompanied by an incredible sense of relief and peace. As we reconnect with what our 'soul-self ' actually feels like and nurture this connection, a renewed sense of self emerges. Lending us inner resolve, peace, strength and clarity. Once you have experienced that deepened sense of soul throughout your body, it becomes much easier to develop this presence and come back to it as needed. Much like training our muscles at the gym, the more we connect with our sense of soul the stronger it becomes...and all it really needs is a moment of loving intention and a little practice.
