About Me

Hi, I am Kiara. 

I am a mother of two, now adult children, and a grandmother to boot. I love my work and revel in your success. My life has thrown me many a challenge, which meant if I wanted a joyous, spirited life for myself and my children, I had no choice but to buckle up and walk the path of change. 

My own spiritual unfolding started with studying the Alexander Technique. Over the years I have done extensive work on myself and have explored and studied many additional facets to add to my toolbox. I am a very committed soul and lucky for me, connecting with the subtleties of life has always come naturally. Whether your body sends you my way or you are coming for healing and expansion; my work takes many angles and I am committed to finding the one that is right for you. Your expansion is the most important thing for you, those around you, humanity and the planet. I am honoured to be working with you, wherever you are on your journey.
